The Cashier is responsible for processing customer purchases accurately, operating point-of-sale systems, handling cash and electronic payments, and providing clear receipts and change. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, answering basic product or service questions, managing queues efficiently, and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area. The role also involves reconciling cash drawers, following company procedures for refunds and exchanges, and adhering to all security and data privacy guidelines. The Cashier works closely with store team members and supervisors to support smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.Qualifications Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills for handling cash, change, and transaction reconciliation.Customer service skills, including clear communication, patience, and a professional, courteous manner.Ability to operate point-of-sale systems, handle card and digital payments, and follow established procedures.Attention to detail and reliability in following store policies, security protocols, and documentation requirements.Ability to stand for extended periods, manage busy periods calmly, and work full-time on-site in Thủ Đức.Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.Basic proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new systems and store processes.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; commitment to punctuality and teamwork is essential.
