About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, preparing accurate sales and collection reports, ensuring proper documentation, and providing excellent customer service. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's cash handling and reporting processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate daily sales reports and collection summaries.Accept and process payments for all departments using established cash handling procedures.Verify official receipts before submission to the Accounting team.Prepare deposit slips for daily cash and check collections.Deposit daily cash and check collections to the designated bank.Prepare daily collection reports for each department.Process and reconcile daily credit card transactions and settlements.Prepare transmittal reports and ensure timely submission of required documents.Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.Provide courteous and professional customer service while handling payment transactions.QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.Knowledgeable in operating POS (Point-of-Sale) systems.Strong numerical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Honest, reliable, and demonstrates good moral character and integrity.Residing in or near Makati, Taguig, or nearby areas is preferred.Why Join Us?Join a company that values its people through competitive compensation, comprehensive leave benefits, engaging company events, and a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and employee well-being.
