About The PositionThis entry-level role assists customers with questions, returns, store services, and issue resolution in a busy onsite environment.Hands-on Responsibilities Provide face-to-face customer assistance Handle routine returns, exchanges, pickups, or service requests Explain store policies and available services Coordinate complex issues with supervisors or other departmentsWork environmentThis is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.What we value: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures.
