Job SummaryRoadhouse is looking for a responsible, accurate, and customer-oriented Restaurant Cashier to handle billing, payments, and cashiering operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate transaction records and providing efficient service to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers at the cashier counter in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system. Prepare and issue customer bills and receipts. Handle cash, card, QR, and other digital payments accurately. Manage the cash drawer and ensure sufficient change is available. Verify bills, discounts, offers, and promotional adjustments before processing payments. Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions. Reconcile cash and digital payments at the end of each shift. RequirementsMinimum +2 or equivalent education. Previous experience as a Cashier, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment, is preferred. Knowledge of POS systems and digital payment methods. Good numerical and calculation skills.
