Team members work together to deliver high-quality products and memorable service to the local community.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cashier role located in Chicago, IL. The Cashier will greet customers, provide product information about flavors and specialty tins, and ensure a friendly, efficient checkout experience. Daily responsibilities include operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions accurately, issuing receipts, and maintaining a clean and organized counter area. The role also involves restocking front-of-house items, assisting with packaging popcorn orders, and supporting team members during busy periods. The Cashier is expected to uphold excellent customer service standards and represent the brand in a professional, courteous manner.Qualifications Ability to handle cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately and responsibly, with basic math skills.Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, a friendly attitude, and a focus on creating a welcoming environment.Attention to detail for processing orders correctly, packaging products neatly, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move product as needed, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and following store policies and procedures.Prior experience in retail, food service, or cashier roles is helpful but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
