We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Cashier cum Admin to support our daily financial transactions and administrative operations.Role SummaryThe Cashier cum Admin is responsible for handling daily cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting general administrative functions across the dealership. This role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations and accurate reconciliation of all customer payments.Key ResponsibilitiesCashieringHandle daily cash, card, and online payment transactions accuratelyPrepare invoices, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation reportsReconcile end-of-day collections against system records and escalate discrepanciesMaintain proper documentation of all financial transactionsAdministrative SupportManage filing, data entry, and correspondence for the departmentMaintain and update customer records in the systemCoordinate with sales, service, and accounts departments for smooth operationsSupport front-desk duties and customer queries as neededAssist in preparing periodic administrative and financial reportsRequired Qualifications and ExperienceHigh school diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field1-3 years of experience in cashiering/admin, preferably in the automotive or retail sectorProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting/POS systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)UAE experience preferredSkills and CompetenciesHigh accuracy and attention to detail in handling cash and recordsStrong organizational and time-management skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsTrustworthy and able to handle confidential financial informationAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive UAE salary packageStructured dealership environment with clear reporting linesUAE benefits: visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and public holidays as per UAE Labour Law
