The organization is focused on reliable service, consistent product quality, and long-term client relationships, offering a stable environment for retail and customer-facing roles.Role Description The Retail Sales cum Cashier role (2 open vacancies) is a full-time, on-site based in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain City. The individual in this role will greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable school uniform products from the company’s range. Daily responsibilities include managing sales transactions, operating the cash register or POS system, processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling returns or exchanges in line with company policies. The role also involves maintaining an organized and well-presented sales area, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the team to ensure timely replenishment. The Retail Sales cum Cashier will be expected to provide courteous, professional service, handle customer inquiries, and support overall store operations to meet sales and service targets.QualificationsStrong customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products.Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills, including accurate billing, payment processing, and basic record-keeping.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory, and following store procedures.Basic numeracy and computer skills for handling transactions, stock checks, and simple reporting tasks.Prior experience in retail, apparel, or uniform sales is an advantage; experience in UAE market or similar environment is beneficial.Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours as needed, and collaborate within a team-oriented setting.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus.What we offerTotal monthly salary AED 3,500Medical insuranceAnnual paid leave
