• Handle customer orders, POS transactions, cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Assist customers with menu selections, promotions, upselling, and order inquiries .
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation, packaging, and timely service for dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, perform daily cash reconciliation, and follow restaurant hygiene and operational standards.
• Filipino female candidates, aged 35 or below.
• At least a high school graduate with 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier, Counter Crew, or Service Crew in a QSR or casual dining restaurant.
• Skilled in POS operations, cash handling, sales reconciliation, customer service, and upselling, with good English communication skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
