In the initial stage, you'll also cover hands-on operational tasks directly while the team is being built.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day online casino operations and product performanceCoordinate and manage relationships with game providers and vendorsHandle day-to-day operational tasks directly during the initial ramp-up, until a dedicated specialist is hiredSupport the design and execution of promotions and campaignsWork closely with Marketing, Payments, and Technology teams

Requirements

3+ years of experience in online casino, iGaming, or digital entertainment operationsExperience managing vendor/provider relationshipsComfortable working hands-on, not just managing a teamAvailable to work on-site in MonterreyBilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (required)Nice to Have:Previous experience in the iGaming or online entertainment industry is a plus, though not required123GO México operates under a license granted by Mexico's Secretaría de Gobernación (SEGOB) and within the country's applicable legal and regulatory framework.
