Interested individuals can reach out via hr@tuktuki.comRole Description: The Casting Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the intern supports the casting process for short-form video projects by sourcing and shortlisting talent, reviewing portfolios and audition tapes, and maintaining organized casting databases. The role includes coordinating auditions and callbacks, communicating with actors and agencies, and assisting with schedules and logistics for shoots. The intern collaborates closely with directors, producers, and the content team to understand character requirements and ensure suitable talent is identified for each project. Additional responsibilities may include basic documentation, maintain talent records, and participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance casting quality for TukTuki’s content.QualificationsTalent-focused skills: Ability to perform Casting tasks, including talent sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating auditions.Domain-specific technical skills: Understanding of Metallurgy, Metal Casting, and Die Casting where relevant to props, sets, or specialized production needs.Visual and media skills: Basic to intermediate Photography skills to capture audition stills, portfolio shots, or behind-the-scenes content.Education and experience: Coursework or experience in film, media studies, performing arts, or a related field is preferred.Communication and coordination: Strong interpersonal skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with creative and production teams.Organizational skills: Attention to detail, ability to manage casting databases, schedules, and documents in a fast-paced environment.Technical proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, video review, and basic data entry; familiarity with OTT or social media platforms is an advantage.
