Casting Professional

We're looking for someone with strong casting industry experience to help break into scripted and unscripted entertainment — reality shows, web series, OTT/streaming platforms, films, and brand-integrated productions. You'll act as the bridge between Chtrbox and casting directors, production houses, and OTT platforms, identifying and securing the right opportunities.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with casting directors, production houses, OTT platforms, and talent agencies across film/TV/streaming/realityTrack upcoming casting calls, auditions, and relevant opportunities.Match individuals to suitable roles based on their profile, personality, and career goalsPrepare and pitch profiles, reels, and portfolios to casting teamsCoordinate auditions, self-tapes, and screen testsNegotiate contracts, rates, and terms in coordination with the internal management teamGuide on audition prep, on-camera presence, and industry expectationsStay on top of industry trends — new shows, platforms, and casting needs — to proactively pitch opportunitiesMaintain a pipeline/tracker of active submissions, callbacks, and outcomes.Requirements4+ years of experience in casting, or entertainment industry rolesEstablished network of casting directors, production houses, and OTT platform contactsStrong negotiation skills and contract familiarityExcellent relationship-management and pitching skillsHighly organized — able to manage multiple individuals and opportunities simultaneouslyExisting relationships with reality TV and streaming platform casting teams
