Employment Type: InternshipAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Catalog Intern who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about e-commerce catalog management.

The intern will support the team in maintaining accurate product information, SKU listings, product images, and catalog trackers across PALMONAS’ D2C website and marketplaces.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with product cataloging and SKU listing across D2C platforms and marketplaces.Enter and update accurate product information, dimensions, specifications, and attributes.Assist in checking product images for required:DimensionsFormatsBackgroundsQualitySequencingMaintain and update catalog trackers and SKU records.Coordinate with relevant internal teams to collect missing product information.Support the team in identifying incorrect or incomplete product details.Assist with regular catalog audits and data checks.Support new product launches by ensuring required catalog information is available.Help maintain consistency of product information across different channels.Complete assigned catalog updates within defined timelines.RequirementsPrior internship or academic exposure to e-commerce, catalog management, merchandising, operations, or a related field will be preferred.Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and coordination skills.Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work with large amounts of product information accurately.Preferred SkillsBasic understanding of e-commerceExcel / Google SheetsData entry and managementAttention to detailGood coordination skillsTime managementWillingness to learn
