This position supports category management and store operations by monitoring stock levels, assisting with product shelving, and maintaining organized, visually appealing displays. The role involves coordinating with sales and customer service teams to ensure product availability, timely replenishment, and accurate pricing information. The Category Assistant also helps track basic sales performance data for assigned categories and provides feedback on customer preferences, working closely with supervisors to support promotional activities and overall store efficiency.Qualifications Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.Customer Service and Sales skills to support shoppers, promote products, and contribute to store targets.Experience with Shelving and Stocks to manage inventory, replenish products, and maintain orderly displays.Attention to detail and basic numerical skills for stock counts, labeling, and simple reporting.Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including standing for extended periods and handling light physical tasks.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or category assistance is an advantage.Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in commerce, business, or retail management is a plus.
