Before you apply, read this through -Palette Hire has partnered with India’s global investing platform which allows Indian investors access US stocks, ETFs, managed portfolios, and private markets.They’re looking for someone to scale a category meaningfully - owning the growth strategy, figuring out what works and building the engine to take it to the next level.Budget : Upto 35 LacsWhat you'll do Own the category end-to-end > from understanding the opportunity and defining the growth strategy to execution and scale.Identifying the right customers, channels, propositions and growth levers.Work closely with product, marketing, content, partnerships and business teams to build and launch growth initiatives.Identify new opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.Run experiments, analyse performance and double down on what works.Track category-level metrics and translate data into clear actions.Build repeatable processes and playbooks that can take the category from 1 → 10.Who you are -3–5 years in growth, category, business or product marketing, ideally across fintech, consumer tech or high-growth internet brands.Experience owning a business/category/problem with clear growth targets.Strong understanding of acquisition, engagement and retention.Someone who can move comfortably between strategy, data and execution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable getting things done without a pre-existing playbook.Good to have -Strong exposure to growth experimentation, performance marketing or new channel development.Familiarity with US equities / markets and investing products.Location - Remotely basedExperience - 4 to 9 Years
