With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.As a Category Manager for Noon Business, you will drive the growth and performance of key product categories by shaping assortment strategy, managing supplier partnerships, and optimizing pricing and selection. This is a high-impact opportunity to help build a new B2B marketplace from the ground up, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value for business customers and accelerate category growth.Defining and building the right assortment for launch (v1)Onboarding and negotiating with key sellersStructuring pricing, quotation frameworks, and margin laddersAcquiring and managing anchor B2B customersFeeding real market insights back into product and operationsWhat You'll Need5-8 years of experience in Category, business development.Willingness to spend time in the market.
