We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for a (add title) who can help us move even faster.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Category Manager to lead the Home category. This role requires ownership of the category’s P&L and a strong strategic mindset to drive sustainable growth through well-planned assortment, pricing, partnerships, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with strong leadership capabilities to deliver exceptional business outcomes and customer experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport with the development of the overall category roadmap & vision; identify the right growth levers to scale categories exponentially. Directly responsible for achieving the revenue, P&L, CR targets for the category.Proven track record in expanding Assortment, inventory planning & driving price leadership, key partnerships, on-time launches, and monetization.Ensure best-in-class customer experience through compelling category assortment, strong site merchandising, world-class PDP- s, inspiring content, and excellent knowledge of consumer journeys for your category.Develop a deep and long-standing relationship with sellers/brands to identify and address gaps in their offerings, increase their engagement in campaigns, and increase adoption of noon tools/platforms.Attend seller feedback, challenges, and needs and partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, site operations, seller support, etc.) to continuously improve the platform and experience and drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical.Drive cross-functional actions and deliver results by partnering closely with teams such as product, marketing, ops, customer service, legal, seller teams to deliver the best shopping experience. Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.Stay up-to-date with regional competitors and global business trends, reviewing critical information as it becomes available and innovating the product offering which will help shape the category on the platform.Leading and developing talent: Manage, coach, and train a team of high-performing account managers & BDE's that continuously exceeds their goals and wins together.What you'll need:5 years category management / buying experience in e-commerce/q-commerceStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail, comfortable working with large data sets in Excel and producing accurate, decision-ready analysisExperience with AOP and business planning, and a track record of driving category growthSeller/vendor management: sourcing, onboarding, and commercial negotiationComfort across both marketplace (3P) and retail (1P) modelsDiligent and rigorous; able to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsGood people skillsPreferredMBA/Master's in Management from Tier 1; Tier II acceptable where excellence is clearly demonstrated in work experience.Prior Home, Furniture, or Hardlines category exposurePrivate label or direct sourcing experienceEntrepreneurial background welcomeAwards, recognitions, or clear excellence in previous rolesNice-to-haveInterest in outdoor living categories (grilling, gardening, patio)
