The mandate: grow revenue, market share and margin through sharp category leadership and close cross-team collaboration.What you'll doPartner with the Marketing Director to shape category direction and decide where brand investment goes.Own the innovation pipeline for your assigned brands, turning consumer and market data into a clear new-product roadmap.Take new launches from concept to shelf, syncing with manufacturing partners, central marketing, R&D and operations to keep timelines, packaging design, and approvals on track.Set price points and volume goals alongside the commercial team.Simplify the product lineup by working with finance and operations, then align the final call with sales.Build and run go-to-market plans, from above-the-line campaigns to point-of-sale materials, and manage the outside agencies delivering them.Commission and steer consumer research, from writing the brief through picking a partner to applying what's learned.Dig into share, distribution, pricing and sales figures to spot problems and pitch fixes.Own the category budget: sign off on costs and process purchase requisitions.Stay closely aligned with trade marketing and the field sales organization.What you bringBachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.6-8 years in marketing within fast-moving consumer goods, with exposure to multi-market or international portfolios.Sharp project management instincts and the discipline to juggle several workstreams without dropping the ball.A track record of getting different departments to row in the same direction, even under time pressure.Sound judgment and comfort making calls with incomplete information.Ease operating across cultures and markets.Openness to travel roughly every two to three months to visit markets in the region.
