CATI Team Leader – Market Research

Job Title: CATI Team Leader Industry: Market Research Shift - US Shift (Full Time) **Cab facility (pick and drop) will be given in Noida location onlyKey ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise a team of CATI interviewers to achieve daily and project-level targets.Plan and allocate calling assignments based on project requirements, sample specifications, and interviewer capacity.Monitor team productivity, attendance, calling performance, conversion rates, and quality scores.Ensure strict adherence to research questionnaires, survey methodology, calling scripts, project guidelines, and client requirements.Conduct regular call audits and quality checks to ensure accurate, reliable, and high-quality research data.Train, coach, and provide continuous feedback to interviewers to improve productivity, quality, and research skills.Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports, identify operational issues, and coordinate with the Project/Operations Manager to ensure timely project completion.Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline; preferably in Market Research, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.5–6 years of overall experience in Market Research, with strong hands-on experience in CATI/telephonic research.Prior experience in a CATI Team Leader/Supervisor role managing interviewers or research teams.Experience managing a team of 10–30+ CATI interviewers will be preferred.Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, CATI platforms, and performance tracking.Ability to manage multiple research projects and deliver results within strict timelines.
