Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader to lead a team of Credit Card and Personal Loan Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, ensuring compliance with bank policies, and achieving monthly business targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of 8–15 Sales Executives.Achieve monthly Credit Card and Personal Loan sales targets.Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and pipeline management.Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.Recruit, train, and onboard new sales executives.Ensure all applications meet bank documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with bank representatives and channel partners.Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing complex cases.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.Maintain high levels of employee engagement and team motivation.Ensure adherence to company policies, banking regulations, and ethical sales practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of UAE banking sales experience, including at least 1 year in a Team Leader role.Proven experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan sales.Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Good knowledge of UAE banking products, KYC, AML, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.BenefitsCompetitive Fixed SalaryAttractive Monthly IncentivesCareer Growth OpportunitiesOngoing Training & DevelopmentEmployment Visa & Medical Insurance (as per company policy)Medical insuranceWork Location: In personRequirements5+ years of Financial Services experience / 5+ years of experience in Business Development
