CCNP Collaboration Engineer

About SESSpecialized Enterprise Systems (SES), part of the Juffali Group, is a leading Saudi ICT systems integrator delivering enterprise technology solutions to government, defense and large enterprise clients across the Kingdom.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced CCNP Collaboration Engineer to design, deploy and support Cisco collaboration solutions for our clients. The role is based in Riyadh and the engineer will be assigned on-site at client locations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and configure Cisco collaboration solutions including CUCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, CUBE and voice gatewaysDeploy and support Cisco contact center solutions (UCCX / UCCE) and video endpoints, Webex and meeting room systemsConfigure SIP trunks, dial plans, call routing and integration with third-party PBX and telecom providersProvide L2/L3 troubleshooting and support for voice, video and collaboration issuesPerform upgrades, migrations and health checks on collaboration infrastructurePrepare HLD/LLD documents, as-built documentation and handover reportsWork closely with clients on-site, handle change requests and meet agreed SLAsCoordinate with project managers, presales and vendor (Cisco TAC) teamsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Communications, IT or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Cisco collaboration / unified communicationsValid CCNP Collaboration certification (CCIE Collaboration is a plus)Strong knowledge of CUCM, CUC, IM&P, CUBE, SIP, H.323, MGCP and QoSExperience with Webex (Calling, Meetings, Control Hub) and hybrid cloud collaborationExperience with contact center platforms (UCCX/UCCE) is a strong plusExperience working with government or large enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia preferredGood communication skills in English; Arabic is a plusWilling to work on-site at client premises in Riyadh
