The technician is responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining CCTV systems and other low-current solutions such as access control, security, and communication systems. Daily tasks include running cables, mounting devices, connecting equipment, performing system checks, and troubleshooting technical issues on-site. The role involves coordinating with supervisors and project teams, documenting work performed, and ensuring that all installations comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. The technician also supports end users with basic training, provides clear communication on system functionality, and helps maintain an orderly and safe work environment, including proper handling of tools and materials.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong technical skills in CCTV installation and low-current systems, including cabling, device mounting, configuration, and system testing.Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills for diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing CCTV and related low-current equipment and networks.Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to interact with clients, team members, and supervisors in a clear and professional manner.Candidates should possess knowledge of handling hazardous materials and adherence to safety procedures and regulations on job sites.Relevant diploma or technical certification in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.Experience in CCTV, Access Control security systems, or low-current installations in industrial or commercial environments is an advantage.Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals, and to use hand tools and test equipment safely.Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site in Dammam, including occasional extended hours as project needs require.
