CCTV Drainage Surveyor – Office Based

Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced CCTV Drainage Surveyor to join our Dubai team in an office-based technical role.The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of CCTV drainage surveying, defect identification, defect coding and reporting, together with good AutoCAD and general technical skills.RoleReviewing CCTV drainage survey footageIdentifying structural and service defects within drainage networksCorrectly coding defects in accordance with relevant CCTV drainage survey standardsChecking survey footage and associated data for quality and completenessProducing accurate CCTV drainage survey reportsReviewing and processing survey data received from project teamsWorking with survey drawings and CAD dataIdentifying inconsistencies or issues requiring further reviewMaintaining a high standard of accuracy and consistency across survey deliverablesThe successful candidate will also receive training in the processing of underground utility mapping survey data, with the role developing further into CAD, GIS and survey data processing.RequirementsPrevious experience in CCTV drainage surveying, inspection or CCTV data processingStrong ability to interpret CCTV drainage footageGood knowledge of drainage defects, condition assessment and defect codingExperience producing or reviewing CCTV drainage survey reportsExperience using WinCan or similar CCTV survey softwareGood working knowledge of AutoCADAbility to read and understand technical drawings and survey plansStrong general computer and data-processing skillsGood numerical and spatial awarenessExcellent attention to detailAbility to work accurately and independentlyGood written and spoken EnglishExperience with GIS, surveying, coordinates, utility mapping or other geospatial software would be an advantage.The OpportunityThis is an office-based technical role in Dubai focused initially on CCTV drainage survey processing, defect identification, coding, quality control and reporting.The successful candidate will also be trained in the processing of underground utility mapping survey data, providing the opportunity to develop broader skills in AutoCAD, GIS and geospatial data processing.We are looking for someone who is technically minded, comfortable working with specialist software and survey data, and interested in developing their career within the surveying and mapping industry.Interested candidates should apply with an up-to-date CV outlining their CCTV drainage surveying, defect coding, reporting and AutoCAD experience.
