With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.As a CCTV Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, identifying and reporting security incidents, and supporting the safety and security of our people, assets, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to detect and respond to security or safety incidents.Continuously observe live camera feeds and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or operational concerns.Record, document, and escalate incidents in accordance with company procedures.Retrieve and review CCTV footage to support investigations and internal requests.Ensure all surveillance equipment is operational and promptly report any faults or technical issues.Coordinate with Security, Operations, and relevant stakeholders during incidents or emergencies.Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and surveillance records.Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of surveillance footage and sensitive information.Support compliance with company security policies and local regulations.What you’ll needPrevious experience as a CCTV Operator, Security Control Room Operator, or in a similar security role.Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance software, and access control systems.Strong observation skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.Basic computer proficiency and experience preparing incident reports.Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.CCTV Operator certification or relevant security certification is preferred (where applicable).Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.Noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
