Guided by a mission to advance each child’s growth and independence, Reach Abilities strives to set the standard for excellence in inclusive, compassionate care and to empower children of determination to reach their full potential.Role Description The CDA Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist is responsible for delivering structured, evidence-based ABA therapy to children of determination in an on-site setting in Dubai. This full-time role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, and implementing therapy sessions that target communication, social skills, self-help skills, and behavior regulation. The therapist collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and other professionals, to ensure integrated, family-centered care. Day-to-day tasks involve data collection and analysis, preparing progress reports, coaching parents and caregivers on strategies to support skill development at home, and participating in team meetings and case reviews. The role also requires adhering to ethical and professional standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive environment for children and families.Qualifications Current CDA license (Dubai) and formal training in Applied Behavior Analysis; BCaBA or BCBA certification is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to conduct ABA assessments, design individualized behavior intervention plans, and implement one-on-one and small-group therapy.Strong skills in data collection, behavior tracking, progress monitoring, and report writing for clinical and family use.Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and coordinating care with speech and occupational therapy providers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support parents and caregivers in practical behavior strategies.Minimum of a relevant bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.Previous experience working with children of determination in a clinical, educational, or early intervention setting in the UAE or similar context.Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional ethics, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining a child-centered, inclusive approach.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage caseloads, documentation, and session planning efficiently.Proficiency in English; additional language skills commonly used in the UAE are an asset.
