The center offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, and parent training and family support. The vision is to redefine what is possible for children of determination by combining innovation with compassion and empowering every child and family to reach beyond limits.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CDA Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist based in Dubai. The therapist will design, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and deliver one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions for children of determination. Daily responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, adjusting intervention strategies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, goal-oriented support. The role involves coaching parents and caregivers, providing clear progress updates, and contributing to individualized education and therapy plans. The therapist is expected to maintain high standards of professional ethics, follow evidence-based practices, and participate in ongoing training and development.Qualifications Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with experience implementing evidence-based ABA programs for children.Background in Psychology or a related field, with knowledge of child development and behavioral principles.Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with children, families, and colleagues.Proven experience Working With Children, particularly children of determination, in clinical, school, or community-based settings.Valid CDA license (or equivalent) and relevant professional certification in ABA; BCaBA/BCBA or similar credentials are an advantage.Ability to collect, interpret, and report behavioral data, and to adjust treatment plans based on measurable outcomes.Commitment to family-centered care, cultural sensitivity, and collaborative practice within a multidisciplinary team.Availability for full-time, on-site work in Dubai and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.
