Position Title: CDP (Hot & Cold)Employment Type: Full TimeJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai.Job Description: Prepare and cook all meats, seafood, pastas, and hot dishes according to strict recipes and presentation standards.Oversee daily mise en place, portion control, and plating to ensure consistent quality and timely order delivery.Supervise and guide assigned Demi Chefs and Commis while coordinating with other kitchen sections during busy services.Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards while actively minimizing ingredient waste.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of UAE experience with strong hands-on experience, specifically in the hot section.Strong knowledge of grilling, sautéing, frying, sauces, pasta, meat/poultry and seafood preparation.Previous experience in a busy casual dining restaurant, upscale café or similar all-day dining concept preferred.Good understanding of food hygiene/HACCP practices, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.How to Apply:Send your CV in word format to: TSBKITCHEN AT GMAIL DOT COM and use “CDP (Hot & Cold)” as email subject
