Job Title: Business Planning & Control InternContract Period: 1-year Contract

Location: Seoul, KoreaKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily sales reports, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of sales performance and key business indicatorsSupport the planning and control of the brand’s financial performance, including preparation of annual budget, revised budget, and strategic plan, in alignment with HQ guidelinesAssist in the preparation of monthly business reviews, management reports, and performance analysis, including comparisons against prior year and budgetWork with cross-functional teams (Retail, Merchandising, Logistics, HR, etc.) to collect and consolidate data to support business reporting and analysisMonitor actual spending versus budget across all cost centers, provide regular spending updates to departments to support budget control, and assist with monthly accruals and provisions in collaboration with the Accounting teamAssist in tracking and reviewing CAPEX and OPEX related to store openings, renovations, and marketing investmentsMaintain various internal reporting trackers and support ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management or HQSupport financial planning and reporting activities in coordination with local and HQ stakeholdersQualificationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field0–3 years of relevant experience in financial planning, business control, accounting, or related fieldInternship experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis is a plusProficient in Excel and PowerPointStrong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to dataAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaborationComfortable with English business writing and reporting (verbal fluency is a plus)Preferred QualificationExperience with ERP systems (SAP, D365) or planning tools (Anaplan)Familiarity with P&L structures, variance analysis, and cost center managementStrong sense of ownership and accountability; self-starter with a proactive mindsetPassion or interest in the fashion or luxury industry
