The company currently operates centers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai and is expanding its footprint to serve more communities with preventive, technology-driven healthcare.Role Description The Center in Charge is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining high standards of service quality and safety. The role includes supervising and coordinating center staff, managing schedules, monitoring performance, and supporting a positive, patient-centered environment. The Center in Charge will handle operational issues, liaise with medical and technical teams, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and organizational policies. Additional responsibilities include basic reporting, coordination with senior management, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and patient experience.Qualifications Operational management and healthcare administration skills, with experience overseeing day-to-day activities in a clinical or diagnostic center setting.Strong people management, leadership, and team coordination abilities to guide diverse staff and promote a collaborative work culture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, caregivers, medical professionals, and external partners.Organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills to manage workloads, address operational challenges, and ensure timely service delivery.Comfort with technology, including healthcare information systems and basic data/reporting tools; familiarity with AI-enabled imaging or diagnostic environments is an advantage.Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital operations is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, hospital administration, science, or a related field preferred.Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, with a strong focus on patient safety, quality standards, and ethical healthcare practices.
