NURA operates dedicated screening centers across India, including locations in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calicut, and Chennai, offering technology-driven, patient-centered services. The team is committed to making proactive, sustained health management accessible and reliable for diverse communities.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Center in Charge role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode (Calicut). The Center in Charge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the health screening center, ensuring smooth patient flow, high-quality service delivery, and adherence to clinical and safety protocols. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, coordinating with medical and technical teams, and monitoring the performance of AI-enabled imaging and screening services. The role also involves handling center administration, optimizing resource utilization, tracking key operational metrics, and supporting compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. In addition, the Center in Charge will engage with patients and visitors, address service concerns, support local outreach or marketing initiatives, and collaborate with senior management on continuous improvement of center performance.Qualifications Strong center management and operations skills, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, and resource planning.Experience in healthcare or diagnostic center administration, with familiarity in patient services, clinical protocols, and quality standards.Proficiency in using digital tools and healthcare software; comfort working in a technology-driven, AI-enabled environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, team members, and external partners in a professional manner.Ability to analyze basic operational data, prepare reports, and support decision-making for process improvement and performance tracking.Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of safety and patient care.Prior experience in center leadership, front-office management, or similar supervisory roles in healthcare or service industries is preferred.interested candidate can share your cv at aswathi@nura.in
