Center Manager

Summary: Oversees all branch operations, staff management, and strategic growth as a standalone business unit.Key Responsibilities:Managing daily operations, budgeting, compliance, and team leadership to drive profitability.Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, facility maintenance, and budget oversight to ensure smooth functioning.Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining high occupancy rates.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and fit-out companies for renovations, space planning, and compliance with brand standards.Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue growth, cost control, and community engagement.Monitor key performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement improvements based on data analysis and reports to the regional management.Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws, health and safety regulations, and cultural norms in all operations.Foster a positive work environment, including staff training, performance evaluations, and Saudization initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s- A degree in hospitality management is preferred; a master’s degree is highly favored.5-7 years of experience in operations management within Saudi Arabia.Strong leadership skills are required.At least 5 years of experience as an operations manager in a business center.A minimum of 5 years of experience as an operations director in hospitality or property management.
