You run the centre day to day — keep the energy positive, and this is a people-leadership job first, built on a genuine love of working with people. We hire on character and teach the operational craft on top.→ Run the centre day to day. Standards, clients and team — every space immaculate and on-brand.→ Lead and develop the team. 1-2-1s, performance management and personal development plans.→ Own the building. Its 5* hotel standards, its commercial life and its reputation are yours.→ Hold site revenue & budget. Own and review the full site P&L, understanding every line.→ Own the centre’s SMART targets. Events, retention and licence-fee, and team standards — from month three.Who we’re looking for We hire on character first — skills can be taught, the person you already are cannot.
