We operate in the confluence of the IT and Education industry, specializing in the Education 4.0: Digitization of Education.Role Description:Student and parents counselling on calls or face-to-face, including home counselling, to secure admissions Manager day-to-day operations of center such as scheduling, staff management etc Achieve revenue targets of the branch ? Maintain an accurate record and report of all students in CRM Be well-informed about pattern, syllabus, eligibility criteria etc. of different competitive exams Ensure that branch efforts are synchronized with marketing campaigns and promotional activitiesSkills & Qualifications:Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream Proven experience of 3+ years in a Counseling and branch managerial role, preferably in an educational or sales-driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Convincing Power/Adaptable/ Active listening
