We are hiring a 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 for a finance opportunity in 𝐃𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐢 🇦🇪.This role is a good fit for a finance professional with a solid audit and accounting background who wants broader exposure across financial control, reporting, cash management, and business support.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬-Partner with finance and operational teams to improve cash visibility, monitor working capital, and support better financial planning across ongoing activities.-Maintain strong financial discipline through balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, control checks, and timely follow up on outstanding items.-Support statutory reporting and audit activities by coordinating documentation, resolving queries, and helping ensure financial information is complete and reliable.-Contribute to monthly and year-end reporting cycles while identifying issues that may require further investigation or corrective action.-Help strengthen finance processes through better controls, clearer workflows, system improvements, and more efficient ways of working.-Provide broader controlling support as the business grows, including project-related analysis, reporting, and financial oversight where required.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬-3+ years of experience in accounting, audit, financial control, or a related finance environment.-Previous audit exposure is essential, with strong attention to financial accuracy, controls, and reporting quality.-Good working knowledge of IFRS and core accounting principles, with the ability to interpret financial information confidently.-Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, investigate variances, and follow issues through to resolution.-Professional accounting credentials such as CA, CPA, or equivalent would be an advantage but are not mandatory.-Fluent English with strong communication skills, a collaborative working style, and the confidence to work across finance and operational teams.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠This is a strong opportunity for someone coming from audit or accounting who wants to broaden their experience into financial control, cash management, reporting, and finance transformation.𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲If you have a strong audit foundation and are looking for a hands-on finance role with broader business exposure, we would love to hear from you.***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
