Job Description: Centric PLM Systems AnalystPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled PLM Systems Analyst to support and optimize our Centric PLM environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business processes and technology, ensuring data integrity, seamless system integrations, and actionable insights that drive product lifecycle efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and support the Centric PLM platform to meet evolving business requirementsDesign, execute, and maintain data migration processes between Centric PLM and other enterprise systemsDevelop and manage system integrations to ensure smooth data flow across platforms (ERP, e-commerce, sourcing, etc.)Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data within the PLM systemAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvementTranslate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, merchandising, sourcing, IT) to implement solutionsTroubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actionsCreate reports, dashboards, and documentation to communicate insights and system performance to stakeholdersSupport user training and adoption of PLM best practicesParticipate in system upgrades, testing, and quality assurance effortsRequired QualificationsProficiency in Centric PLM software, data analysis tools, and SQLExperience with system integration and data migration projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsSolid understanding of product lifecycle management processes within retail, apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industries (preferred)Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred SkillsExperience with ETL tools and data warehousing conceptsFamiliarity with API-based integrations and middleware platformsKnowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for automationPrior experience in a fashion, retail, or manufacturing environment
