CEO & Equity Partner

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly driven **CEO & Equity Partner** to join our company in Dubai and take a leadership role in building, scaling, and driving the business forward.This is **not a traditional employment position**. We are looking for someone who thinks and operates like an owner — someone capable of taking responsibility for strategy, business development, operations, revenue growth, partnerships, team building, and overall company performance.The selected candidate will work closely with the founding team and will have the opportunity to become a **significant equity partner** in the business, subject to mutually agreed terms, responsibilities, milestones, and vesting.Key Responsibilities 1. Business Leadership* Take ownership of the company's day-to-day leadership and execution.* Define and implement business strategies for sustainable growth.* Establish clear KPIs, targets, processes, and accountability across the organization.* Make data-driven decisions and continuously improve business performance.2. Growth & Business Development* Develop and execute aggressive but sustainable growth strategies.* Identify new markets, customers, strategic partners, and revenue opportunities.* Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.* Drive sales, partnerships, strategic alliances, and commercial expansion.3. Fundraising & Investor Relations* Support and lead fundraising initiatives where required.* Build relationships with investors, family offices, strategic investors, and other funding partners.* Prepare and present business plans, financial projections, and investment opportunities.* Represent the company in investor and strategic meetings.4. Team & Operations* Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team.* Recruit key talent as the business grows.* Establish effective operational systems and reporting structures.* Create a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and execution.5.
