CEO - Bespoke Luxury Residences

We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead a new bespoke luxury hotel and branded residences platform. This is an operator-led role — your primary mandate is to ensure every hospitality, residential, and lifestyle component is operationally credible, service-driven, and sustainably excellent over the long term. Financial performance is the consequence of execution quality, not the organising principle.You will be the principal executive interface with the Board, directly overseeing hotel, residential, F&B, wellness, and private club operations, while safeguarding the reputation and long-term stewardship of the platform.What You'll OwnOperational Leadership – Set and enforce the operational philosophy, service standards, and behavioural culture across all assets, ensuring consistently high-touch, discreet, and personalised experiences for guests and residence owners.Pre-Opening & Asset Execution – Lead the pre-opening phase — staffing, training, service design, and operational readiness — ensuring all design and FF&E decisions are operationally viable and service-led.Branded Residences & Owner Experience – Define and safeguard the residential service model and owner privileges, acting as final authority on service promises made to owners.Team & Operator Oversight – Recruit, develop, and retain best-in-class senior leadership, holding operators accountable to brand behaviour, service quality, and cultural standards.Brand & Reputation Stewardship – Protect and enhance the platform's reputation through operational truth, consistency, and restraint, avoiding over-branding or service inflation.Board & Stakeholder Interface – Provide clear, operationally grounded reporting to the Board, and engage constructively with owners, investors, and strategic partners.What We're Looking For10–15+ years in senior leadership roles within ultra-luxury hospitality and/or hotel-residential platforms, with prior experience as CEO, Managing Director, Regional Head, or equivalent.Demonstrated exposure to branded residences, private clubs, or owner-driven hospitality environments.Direct involvement in at least one full pre-opening cycle, from concept to stabilisation (non-negotiable).Proven asset-level operations and P&L accountability.Experience managing complex, high-touch service environments serving UHNW/HNW clientele.Hands-on leadership across multiple operational verticals: rooms, F&B, wellness, and residential services.Preferred: experience across multiple geographies, background spanning both brand-side and property-side operations, and exposure to turnaround or complex mixed-use assets.Calm, authoritative, and standards-driven leadership style — decisive, pragmatic, high accountability, and respected by both operators and Boards.
