From Dubai, we bring sporting expertise together with technology, agriculture and selected real estate concepts.Our current portfolio includes the Sports Legends AI Mentoring App, Vanilla Valley and Sports Legends El Valle Estate. Each project has its own business model and is developed with suitable partners and a defined operational structure. Where appropriate, we plan to establish dedicated Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).We are looking for a General Manager to work closely with our Founder and lead the next stage of LEGXIS’s organisational and operational development.Your responsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operations of LEGXIS Investment L.L.C. and turn agreed objectives into clear plans, responsibilities and processes.Coordinate the development of our three current projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, partner agreements and milestones.Establish reliable management reporting, budgeting and cash-flow planning.Prepare the operational and commercial foundations for planned project companies and support their establishment.Coordinate team members, project partners, service providers and external specialists.Support the Founder in strategic partnerships, financing processes and the international development of LEGXIS.Identify operational risks early and ensure that decisions are prepared and documented clearly.Your profileSeveral years of experience in an operational leadership role, ideally building or scaling international companies or projects.Strong skills in business planning, budgeting, financial control and cash-flow management.Experience leading teams and coordinating external partners.The ability to manage several projects with different business models in a structured, results-focused way.Familiarity with corporate structures, SPVs or international partnerships is an advantage.Strong communication and negotiation skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent English.A degree in business or a comparable qualification is welcome. Demonstrable leadership and execution experience matter most.The roleThis is a full-time position based in Dubai, with a partially hybrid working arrangement possible by agreement.
