CEO / Co-Founder – Commercial Growth & Strategic PartnershipsLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaCompany: SkillscaperStage: Early-stage / pre-fundingCompensation: Equity-based until funding or sufficient revenueSkillscaper is a French early-stage technology company building immersive assessment and training solutions, with an initial focus on healthcare, elderly care, home care and professional workforce readiness.We have a working platform, complete product demonstrations and an experienced founding team.We are now looking for a CEO / Co-Founder in Riyadh who can turn the technology into real commercial traction.The immediate objectiveBefore focusing exclusively on fundraising, we want to secure our first major strategic partnerships, pilots and customers in Saudi Arabia.We are looking for someone who can open the right doors, identify real business needs inside healthcare organizations, and turn those conversations into concrete collaborations.For example, a healthcare organization could bring its expertise, procedures, standards and a real operational use case, while Skillscaper provides the technology and develops the assessment or training experience around those requirements.The objective is simple: prove the value with real organizations, create strong commercial traction, and use that traction to accelerate fundraising and growth.What we are looking forThe right person should have:Direct access to senior decision-makers in Saudi Arabia, particularly within healthcare, hospital groups, care providers, training organizations, insurers, workforce development or related sectors;A strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset;The ability to turn introductions into pilots, partnerships and revenue;Experience negotiating with senior executives and institutional stakeholders;The ability to identify the right first use cases and build a practical go-to-market strategy;Strong credibility in Saudi Arabia and ideally across the GCC;The ambition to build a company internationally, not only in the Saudi market.Healthcare is our current priority, but the Skillscaper platform is sector-agnostic. The technology can support immersive assessment, onboarding, internal training, compliance, professional readiness and other use cases across different industries.We therefore want a CEO who can also recognize opportunities beyond healthcare when there is a strong commercial case.Fundraising remains importantSkillscaper is preparing for a seed raise of approximately EUR 1.4M.The CEO will be expected to play a central role in this process.
