You’ll work directly with our CEO and make sure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes: the CEO’s priorities move forward, employee records are accurate, and every government requirement is handled before it’s due.If you’re highly organised, enjoy follow-up and getting things done, and want to see how a fast-growing fintech runs from the inside, this role is for you.What you’ll doCEO OfficeManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings and prioritiesPrepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials and executive summariesTrack decisions and action items, and follow up with department heads until they’re closedCoordinate communication with internal teams, clients, partners and investorsHandle travel, logistics and confidential executive filesSupport special projects led by the CEOHR AdministrationMaintain employee records, contracts and the HR databaseCoordinate onboarding, offboarding and recruitment logisticsTrack probation periods, leave and document expiry datesPrepare HR letters, salary certificates and employment confirmationsWork with Finance on payroll-related informationGovernment & Corporate AffairsOwn IBEA’s Government & Corporate Compliance CalendarManage requirements on GOSI, Qiwa, the Ministry of Commerce and other government platformsTrack commercial registration, licences, certificates and renewalsMonitor Nitaqat/Saudization requirements and flag risks earlyCoordinate with PROs, legal advisors and accountants when neededWhat success looks likeCEO action items are closed on time, and priority meetings are always preparedEmployee records and documents are 100% accurate and up to dateEvery government renewal is completed before expiry, with zero avoidable penaltiesIdeal CandidateSaudi NationalityBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, MIS, Finance or a related field0–2 years of experience; strong fresh graduates are welcomeFluent Arabic and English, written and spokenStrong skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and WordExcellent organisation, attention to detail and discretion with confidential informationFamiliarity with Saudi government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, MoC) is a strong plus
