CEO (Longevity Clinic)

Our team is currently supporting a longevity clinic in Abu Dhabi with hiring a Chief Executive Officer.The CEO will hold overall responsibility for the clinic’s strategic direction, commercial performance and operations, working closely with the clinical leadership team to maintain high standards of care and patient experience.Key responsibilities:Define and deliver the clinic’s business strategy and growth plansTake full responsibility for the P&L and operational performanceLead and develop the clinical and non-clinical management teamsOversee clinical governance, quality and regulatory complianceIdentify new service lines, partnerships and commercial opportunitiesCandidate requirements:Previous experience as a CEO, General Manager, COO or in a similar senior leadership position within private healthcareStrong commercial, operational and P&L experienceA track record of growing or scaling a healthcare businessA good understanding of clinical governance and healthcare regulationsUAE or wider GCC experienceExperience within longevity, preventative health, functional medicine or wellness is mandatoryTo apply confidentially, please submit your CV through LinkedIn
