CEO – Longevity Travel & Treatment

Our client is seeking a highly entrepreneurial, senior executive to develop and launch a new business concept combining international travel with premium medical treatments, anti-aging, and longevity solutions.This is an exciting opportunity for a startup-minded leader to build a new venture from the ground up, leveraging the resources of an established clinic chain. The initial engagement is for three months, with the possibility of a permanent role depending on results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the business concept, strategy, and launch roadmap for a longevity travel and treatment offering.Research and validate market demand, target audiences, treatment options, and business opportunities.Test the concept, coordinate initial orders, and develop the first service offerings.Build partnerships with premium clinics, medical centres, longevity specialists, and wellness providers.Coordinate internal resources across medical, IT, marketing, and web development to build and launch the platform.Oversee website development, promotional activities, and go-to-market execution.Establish the operational framework and customer journey, from initial enquiry and travel planning to treatment coordination.Drive the project independently, taking ownership of execution, timelines, and launch outcomes.RequirementsMinimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in medical tourism, healthcare, longevity, anti-aging, wellness travel.Proven track record of launching new medical businesses, products, or projects from concept to execution.Strong startup mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to work independently in an evolving environment.Solid understanding of medical treatments, longevity services, and premium healthcare or wellness offerings.Experience developing strategic partnerships with clinics, medical centres, wellness providers, or travel partners.Strong business development, project management, and commercial planning skills.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resources without necessarily having a dedicated team.Based in Dubai is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the UAE market.Russian language skills are an advantage.
