CEO – Luxury Residential Fit-Out & Contracting

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven CEO to establish, build, and lead a new luxury residential fit-out and contracting business in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in high-end residential fit-out, luxury villas, private residences, and bespoke interiors, combined with the ability to build a business from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can create the company's structure, develop the market, build the team, establish systems and processes, and drive the business towards sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and build the business from the ground up, developing the overall business strategy, operating model, and growth plan. Define the company's positioning within the luxury residential fit-out and contracting market. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, private family offices, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, and key industry stakeholders. Lead business development and secure high-value luxury residential projects, particularly bespoke villas, private residences, and premium developments. Build and manage the core leadership team across business development, estimating, commercial, project management, procurement, design, and operations. Establish robust SOPs, governance, commercial controls, project delivery standards, and financial processes. Oversee project delivery, ensuring exceptional standards of quality, workmanship, programme, cost control, and client satisfaction. Develop the company's supply chain, subcontractor network, specialist trades, and strategic partnerships. Take full ownership of P&L, budgets, cash flow, margins, revenue growth, and overall business performance. Build a strong reputation and brand within the luxury residential and high-end interiors market. Identify opportunities to expand into design & build, joinery, interiors, refurbishment, and other complementary services. Ideal Candidate15+ years of experience within fit-out, interior contracting, construction, or design & build. Strong and demonstrable experience in luxury/high-end residential projects, particularly private villas, palaces, mansions, and bespoke residences. Previous experience as CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Business Unit Director, or equivalent senior leadership position. Demonstrated experience of setting up, establishing, or significantly scaling a business/division from an early stage. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a builder mentality — someone who can create the business rather than simply inherit and manage an established operation. Proven ability to win projects and develop a strong client network within the luxury residential sector. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, pricing, tendering, procurement, and margin management. Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of the UAE luxury residential construction and fit-out market. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
