It is a Management Trainee opportunity designed for someone who wants to work closely with the CEO, gain first-hand exposure to building a technology company, and contribute directly to strategic and operational priorities.About the RoleAs a CEO Office Intern, you will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, business development, research, and execution.You will support the CEO in turning ideas and decisions into structured actions, monitoring critical company priorities, conducting research, preparing management materials, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.The role offers a unique opportunity to observe and contribute to how an AI technology company is built, positioned, and scaled from the ground up.What You Will DoSupport the CEO in the follow-up and execution of strategic priorities, key projects, and management decisions.Conduct market, industry, competitor, and emerging technology research, particularly across AI, SaaS, digital products, and technology ecosystems.Translate complex information into clear summaries, executive briefs, presentations, and decision-support materials.Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and action trackers for internal and external meetings.Document key decisions, assign action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution.Support the development of business plans, go-to-market strategies, partnership models, and growth initiatives.Assist with the preparation of investor, partner, customer, and management presentations.Analyze business data and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Support cross-functional projects involving product, technology, sales, marketing, operations, and finance.Coordinate selected relationships and communications with business partners, customers, advisors, and other external stakeholders.Help design simple, scalable processes and reporting structures suitable for a fast-growing technology company.Take ownership of special projects assigned by the CEO and drive them from research to execution.Who We Are Looking ForFinal-year university students or recent graduates from Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong interest in artificial intelligence, technology, entrepreneurship, and the start-up ecosystem.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.Strong analytical thinking, research, problem-solving, and information-synthesis skills.Ability to create clear, structured, and visually strong presentations and reports.Confidence in working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and digital productivity tools.Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to use them actively for research, analysis, and productivity.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and disciplined follow-up habits.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.A proactive, resourceful, and ownership-driven mindset.Professional judgment and discretion when working with confidential business information.Previous internship, project, student club, case competition, entrepreneurship, or start-up experience is an advantage.You do not need to be an AI engineer.
