A new renewable energy company, currently in its establishment and growth stages, is seeking an experienced CEO to lead the company's business, management, and operational activities. The company specializes in solar energy solutions and energy storage systems, and offers an opportunity to lead a new business activity, build organizational infrastructure, and directly influence the company's development and success.Areas of responsibility:Overall management of company activities, including business, operational, financial, and commercial aspects.Formulating and implementing the business strategy and work plans for the company's growth.Leading the establishment, development, and expansion of activities in the solar systems and energy storage sectors.Managing and leading the company's teams, and building work processes and management infrastructure.Business development, creating strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base.Overseeing the management and execution of projects, from the planning stage through to delivery.Budget management, financial control, and accountability for meeting business targets.Working with customers, suppliers, contractors, business partners, and regulatory bodies.Working directly with the company's owners and leading operations in line with business objectives.

Requirements

Senior management experience in the renewable energy sector – mandatory.Prior experience as a VP or CEO – mandatory.In-depth knowledge of the solar energy sector – mandatory.Experience in business development, commercial activity management, and leading growth processes – mandatory.Experience in managing energy-sector projects, including operational, commercial, and financial aspects.Broad business and financial understanding and experience managing budgets.Familiarity with the energy storage sector – a significant advantage.Experience in establishing or expanding a business activity – a significant advantage.Ability to manage and lead independently, systemic thinking, and the ability to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
