The center is located at Resnički put 48 in Zagreb (Trnava) and serves a growing community of satisfied patients.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Dental Assistant based in Zagreb at Dental Centar Ostojić. The Certified Dental Assistant will support dentists during clinical procedures, including implantology and aesthetic treatments, by preparing treatment rooms, organizing instruments, and assisting chairside. Daily responsibilities include providing oral care support to patients, explaining post-treatment instructions, and ensuring a comfortable, safe environment throughout each visit. The role also involves maintaining proper sterilization and infection control protocols, handling dental materials and equipment, and updating patient records accurately. The Certified Dental Assistant will collaborate closely with the clinical team, contribute to smooth patient flow, and uphold high standards of precision, hygiene, and patient-centered care.QualificationsStrong practical skills in Dental Care, Oral Care, and Dental Assisting to support a wide range of clinical procedures and patient needs.Foundational knowledge of Dentistry, including common treatments, terminology, and chairside practices in implantology, oral surgery, and aesthetic dentistry.Proficiency in Sterilization and infection control techniques, including preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of instruments and treatment rooms.Completed education and certification as a Dental Assistant, in line with local regulatory requirements.Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow clinical protocols accurately.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and professional approach.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.Basic computer literacy and experience with digital dental systems or practice management software is an advantage.Previous experience in implantology or oral surgery settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
