Local travel will be required. Will consider remote work for the right candidate. Status: Part-time or Full-Time Flexible schedule in a family-friendly business. Arrange your schedule around child-care needs and family obligations.Schedule: Monday to Friday, Some weekends required: Up to 8 Saturdays per yearResponsibilitiesPatient Care and Education Using evidence-based weight-inclusive practices, conducts assessments, interventions, DSME, and follow-up in a patient-centered manner for patients referred by area providers.Collaborates with a team of dietitians.Develop, conduct, maintain, and provide support for diabetes and nutrition group education programs.Utilize motivational interviewing (MI) skills to support patients in a patient-centered manner.Administrative Participate in collaboration of care and marketing to area providers.Utilize technology effectively and efficiently for scheduling, communications, and record keeping.Maintains accurate records and completes documentation in a timely manner.Provide oversight and record-keeping, compliance for ADCES accredited diabetes program.QualificationsRequired RDN credential and State of Oregon Licensed DietitianCDCES credentialBelief in and adherence to Health at Every Size® and Intuitive Eating philosophiesInterested and qualified applicants please submit your cover letter including a description of how HAES® influences your practice along with a resume and references.
