Every treatment protocol is developed in partnership with a practitioner and educator with over 25 years of experience and delivered by therapists with 6+ years of experience and international certifications. The founder trained alongside the team, including earning a diploma in physiology and anatomy, ensuring deep clinical knowledge and hands-on expertise. Services range from signature massage therapies for relaxation and clinical needs to specialized care for pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause, complemented by recovery technology, yoga and breathwork, IV infusions, and corporate wellness programs.Role Description The Certified Massage Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves delivering high-quality massage therapies in line with established protocols, including relaxation, deep tissue, and specialized treatments for different life stages. The therapist will conduct client assessments, tailor sessions to individual needs, and maintain accurate records of treatments and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment spaces, ensuring hygiene and safety standards, coordinating with the wider recovery team, and educating clients on ongoing recovery practices. The therapist will also support integration of complementary offerings such as recovery technology, yoga and breathwork, and corporate wellness sessions when required.Qualifications Ability to deliver a range of professional massage treatments, including Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage.Proficiency in specialized techniques such as Shiatsu and other targeted modalities to address specific client needs.Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client communication, empathy, and building long-term relationships.Knowledge of Stress Management principles and the ability to incorporate them into treatment plans and client guidance.Valid certification as a Massage Therapist and relevant international or UAE-recognized qualifications.Minimum of several years of hands-on experience in clinical or premium wellness settings.Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage and related recovery services.Commitment to professional ethics, client confidentiality, and continuous learning in recovery and wellness practices.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client bookings.Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in the UAE are an advantage.
