This role involves supporting clinicians by preparing exam rooms, taking vital signs, documenting patient histories, blood draws, and assisting with medical procedures. The Certified Medical Assistant will manage patient flow, perform basic clinical tasks, update medical records, and ensure accurate entry of information into the electronic health record system. Daily responsibilities include coordinating appointments, assisting with referrals, answering patient questions within scope, and maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment. The role also requires consistent communication with patients, providers, and the front office team to support efficient and respectful care. Bi-lingual is required.Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Medical Assisting, including routine clinical procedures and direct support to providers.Phlebotomy experience a must.Bi-lingual a must.Solid understanding of Medical Terminology to accurately document and communicate clinical information.Experience working in a Medical Office setting, including scheduling, coordination with front desk, and basic administrative tasks.Strong Patient Care skills, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and maintaining patient comfort and safety.Ability to manage and maintain Medical Records, including accurate data entry and adherence to privacy regulations.Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) from an accredited program.Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer literacy. Preferrably experience with Eclinical Works (ECW). Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team.CPR/BLS certification preferred, along with prior experience in outpatient or primary care settings.
