This focus on quality and service creates a supportive environment for professionals seeking stable, growth-oriented roles.Role Description The Certified Pilates Instructor will deliver safe, effective Pilates sessions to clients in an on-site studio located in Riyadh. This full-time role includes planning and leading individual and group Pilates classes, demonstrating exercises with proper form, and adapting routines to accommodate different fitness levels, abilities, and health conditions. The instructor will conduct initial assessments, track client progress, and collaborate with other wellness or rehabilitation professionals when appropriate. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring equipment is used safely, and providing clear guidance and motivation to help clients achieve their goals. The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and a professional, welcoming demeanor to support a positive client experience.Qualifications Strong Pilates Instruction skills, including knowledge of core Pilates principles, techniques, and safe progression of exercises.Experience leading Group Exercise sessions, with the ability to manage class dynamics and support participants of varied skill levels.Background or understanding in Physical Therapy or functional movement, enabling safe modifications for clients with injuries or limitations.Proven Customer Service abilities, including attentive client interaction, active listening, and responsive support to client needs.Teaching skills that support clear instruction, demonstration, feedback, and encouragement in both one-on-one and group settings.Recognized certification in Pilates from an accredited training program; additional fitness or group exercise certifications are an advantage.Knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, and injury prevention; prior experience in a fitness, wellness, or rehabilitation environment is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage a full-time schedule, and maintain professional conduct, reliability, and punctuality.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and support a diverse client base.
