We support our clinicians with strong operational partnerships, modern technology, and a culture that values teamwork, professional development, and work-life balance.This is a full-time (W2), on-site Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position based in Indianapolis, Indiana.Core ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and risk assessments.Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.Administer general, regional, monitored anesthesia care (MAC), and sedation anesthesia.Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period and manage airway, pain, and hemodynamic needs.Provide post-anesthesia care and assess discharge readiness.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.QualificationsCurrent certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia programActive, unrestricted RN and APRN licensure in the state(s) of practiceNational Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certificationCurrent ACLS and BLS (PALS as required by facility)Compensation & BenefitsEmployee Status (W2)No NightsNo WeekendsNo CallCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits packageCompany Paid Malpractice coveragePaid Time OffRetirement plan optionsJoin Our Team!
